It utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach using the 12 Steps of AA. The slide show presentation (on CD or DVD) delivers the lectures smoothly while reading and written assignments focus the client on their own recovery process.

Materials Included: A Counselors manual with preparation materials suggested readings, lecture materials and sources of outside materials. A CD disk with all written material and slides allowing the counselor to modify or add materials of their preference. A DVD disk of the lecture slides show that allows the program to be presented with a simple DVD player with its remote. A complete Counselors Manual and a Clients Manual that may be reproduced.
